Apple smoothie - based off the last smoothie post recipe!

I chopped a small apple, added half a cup of skim, one tbsp. of maple almond butter, cinnamon, and ice. Blended and served - so good!

Ch-ch-changes!

Sometimes, changes aren’t visual but rather being able to do something now that we weren’t able to in the past.

Like pushups, for example.

When I started working with Ron-the-trainer, I could barely do A pushup.  He never had me revert to modified pushups (aka “girl pushups”), he’s always told me to just do what I can.

In the rotation today I was able to do 5 sets of 10 pushups.  And what’s more?  I didn’t even THINK TWICE about it.  I just did them and then realized what I had done later!

Also?  I conquered the tire jump!  Today’s session was much more kind on my spirit.

Hope Tuesday (which is presenting itself as a Monday) is treating you all well!
