35 (yes, really) mom to two boys, wife, all around kick ass person.Always striving to hit my personal best. It's not a competition with anyone but myself.
I've been working out for the past five years, some times more than others. I'm more of a newb than not when it comes to running so I'm figuring out a lot of stuff as I go (with a little help from my friends).
